2024 General Information Sheets

These general information sheets provide owners with an overview of how the Association fulfills its obligation to maintain the common grounds and the exteriors of units within the community.

There are 6 designated services providers endorsed and used by the HOA (Messengers, Great Plains Painting, Acord Roofing, Denny Construction, Keating Mud jacking, and Rod-0-Matic ).

In addition the HOA has compiled a list of contractors used by various members of the association for a variety of services that is provided for information purposes only.
